The shift to renewable energy brings about profound changes in global labour dynamics, with ripple effects felt across supply chains worldwide. Yet, these changes don't affect everyone equally. Women often face distinct challenges and opportunities during this transition.

Drawing from interviews with union representatives across LO partner countries and insights from progressive unions leading the charge for gender transformative just transition, this paper offers a comprehensive analysis and actionable strategies for advancing gender equality in the face of global change.
