Sørmarka’s Conference Centre 17 – 18 June, 2010
The aim of the conference is to contribute to a deeper understanding of today’s organizational and working life. A better understanding of organizational dynamics should potentially lead to a better working life. The conference offers a good opportunity to discuss how we actually experience organizational and working life. How can we interpret our own daily experiences and what are the implications of working in a different way? The speakers have all worked with change in organizations from their different perspectives.
International and Norwegian researchers along with representatives from the trade union movement, public sector and industry will contribute. Our objective has been to put together a programme of theoretical as well as more practically-orientated contributions. The conference offers plenary sessions, parallel seminars and the opportunity for delegates themselves to initiate group discussions on topics that arise during the conference.
The intention behind the conference is to provide an informal arena for learning and discussion: A meeting place for representatives from the trade union movement, academia and industry.
Conference languages: Norwegian and English.
The conference is a non-commercial event.
